Cash withdrawal

You can either 1) withdraw cash at the counter or 2) transfer funds from your SBBS securities trading account to your bank account with the same name through the online trading systems in a simple and convenient manner.


The online transfer function on electronic trading channels applies to all customers who have opened securities trading accounts at SBBS and have registered to use this service.


Note:

  • SBBS does not collect any fees from customers. Transfer fees are charged by the banks.
  • The bank transfer service fees may vary across different channels. Please review and choose the most suitable transfer method according to your needs.
  • The specific fee schedule is as follows:

Note:

  • Interbank transfer 247 only applies to transactions with a maximum limit below 500 million Vietnamese dong per transaction and the recipient bank must be a member of the Napas organization.
  • Interbank transfer will be applied to transactions with a value of 500 million Vietnamese dong or more. The transfer time is within the same day before the transaction cutoff time, or within the next interbank working day after the transaction cutoff time.
  • Transaction cutoff times are shown in the table below.
