You can deposit cash quickly from any bank to your SBBS account using the designated identification code "092C", following the instructions below.

Note: This guide is intended for customers using Type 1 account of SBBS. Customers using Type 2 account (with separate bank accounts and SBBS stock account), please contact SBBS hotline at (+84) 28 3914 3399.

Step 1 - Initiate money transfer from your bank:

• For amounts below 500 million VND, choose the option of 24/7 fast transfer (or Napas).
• For amounts of 500 million VND and above, select the regular transfer option.
• Recepient bank: Techcombank - Vietnam Technological And Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Step 2 - Enter the account number following the structure:

• 092C + Stock Trading Account (6 digits) + Sub-account letter (1 letter C/M)
• Example:
  • Margin Account: 092C xxxxxx M
  • Cash Account: 092C xxxxxx C

To ensure convenience, after successfully transferring funds, you can save the money transfer form for future transfers.

Other notes regarding cash deposit:

If you have transferred funds to your SBBS account but the account number and/or account name provided is incorrect, the transaction will not be recorded in your securities trading account at SBBS. In such cases, you should follow these steps for reconciliation:

• Contact your bank directly to reconcile the correct account number and/or account name for securities trading.
• Contact the SBBS hotline at (+84) 28 3914 3399 or email [email protected] for assistance. Once the bank adjusts the information correctly, SBBS will record the transaction in your securities trading account.
